All returns must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipment of all products.
Within the thirty day period, prior authorization for returns is not required, provided: returned merchandise is in original condition and includes original product packaging, labels and/or tags, and is accompanied by a copy of the original receipt for credit. Breakages must be reported on receipt and will be credited toward future purchases or replaced.
Refunds are made for product value only; we do not refund shipping costs.
