Emails received by Chateau-Animaux are answered by an actual person. Our goal is to answer every email within twenty-four hours. Payment Information
Chateau-Animaux accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Paypal. Credit cards are authorized when the order is placed and charged upon shipment of an order. Our shopping cart system is on a secure site to ensure credit card information is only accessed by designated Chateau-Animaux employees, guaranteeing safe and secure shopping. We also accept cashier's checks, money orders, and personal checks. Certified funds and personal checks must clear before a product ships.
Cancellation
An order may be canceled at any time before it ships. There are no charges for cancellations prior to shipping. The customer is held responsible for all shipping charges for orders canceled after shipment.
Shipping
We make every effort to get all orders shipped as soon as possible. Most orders are shipped to arrive within two weeks of the order date, Monday through Friday. We notify customers concerning out of stock items that may take longer than two weeks to ship.
Orders are shipped to physical addresses (not post office boxes) throughout the continental United States via FedEx. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notice including a FedE tracking number. Orders shipped to locations outside the continental United States are shipped either by FedEx or US Postal Service (USPS). Shipping charges are added to your order based on the package's weight and shipping distance.
